Breakfast, coffee breaks, lunch and dinner on Friday are served at the Urban Market Lounge a few steps from the lecture rooms. More information will be provided at the registration desk.

Purpose of Conference
The purpose of the Alberta Mathematics Dialogue is two folded. In the one hand it promotes mathematical research across universities in the Province of Alberta and on the other hand it serves as a forum for discussing issues related to mathematical education and curriculum in Alberta highschools, colleges and universities. The meeting aims to be the largest gathering of professional mathematicians and mathematical educators in Alberta. It also encourages younger and senior researchers to interact and to share their expertise. Moreover, it will provide opportunities for graduate students and postdocs to give presentations on their latest projects. This is the second installment of AMD in its current format and will be the first for Lethbridge as the host of this event. This will be the fifteenth annual meeting of this kind and the second at which it will be known as the Alberta Mathematics Dialogue.

Sponsors, Acknowledgements
AMD 2015 is deeply grateful to the Pacific Institute for the Mathematical Sciences (PIMS), and the University of Lethbridge for their generous support.

Accommodation
The University of Lethbridge Conference Services offers very good rates on excellent apartment and town house suites situated on the campus and only minutes from the meeting facilities. The apartment suites have full kitchens as well as ensuite washroom facilities configured in a two or four bedroom configuration. For details including photos of the suites and pricing see Conference Services Summer Hotel,

For off-campus accommodation, University visitors frequently stay at the Lethbridge Lodge. This hotel is located downtown, a five minute drive from the University, or about a 30 minute walk from the University through parkland along the river. There are no hotels in West Lethbridge or closer to the University, however, there are many other hotels and motels available, such as in the Days Inn or the Holiday Inn Express downtown. Hotels along Mayor Magrath Drive are relatively far away and you would require vehicle transportation to get to the University. Public transit is available to and from the University, but service is limited on weekends especially on Sunday.

Parking for participants will be available at one of the university parking lots. Details will be provided later.
