		     POV-Ray Project Description

My motivation was a picture I found in a newspaper of the pedestrian walkway
over the Oldman River adjacent to Whoop-up Drive.  The view is from the east 
bank of the river looking WSW.  In the foreground is the curved pedestrian 
walkway.  Adjacent to it on the left-hand side is Whoop-up Drive.  In the 
background is the coulee bank, just above it is high, thin cloud streaks in an
otherwise blue sky.  Progressing down the coulee bank is Whoop-up Drive with
streaks of headlights from the cars (as in a long exposure photograph).

I created this graphic on my home machine using POV-Ray 3.1 with Moray 3.3 all
running on Windows NT and a Pentium II - 266 (128 MB RAM).  The final product
required 20 minutes rendering time to a PNG (~850 K), after which I converted
it to a JPG (~115 K).
