This picture was created using the POV-Ray software. 

It's a picture of a stone monument which is located in front of the LINC
building at the University of Lethbridge. It is set on a grassy plain, with
a background of a cloudy sky with a sun added in as well.

The shapes themselves were used with a union of numerous shapes. The base
shape is a rectangular box, with the two predominant blocks being created
by the difference of a box and a cylinder. They were created in half, with 
that half rotated around 180 degrees in order to create the bottom half.
