Here are some links to products that work under Windows environment. I have used gsview and emacs and they both work well. I have not used the others so can not comment on how good they are.
  1. GSview site -- postscript file viewer for Windoze.
  2. SSH is an alternative to telnet for Windoze. This is a windows .exe file that will automatically install the product.
