 The Concept My inspiration for this project was Edgar Degas' painting Dance Class at the Opera.  The Method  I used 3D Studio Max. I began with basic shapes and converted them to editable mesh. Then I molded them. The Challenges The most difficult part of this project was ensuring that there were no overhanging pieces. I added a base to give support from underneath. I added the bar to support their arms as I was having a lot of trouble finding natural looking positions for them to be in, without being unsupported. |
