Project

chair_low_res || chair_hi_res
These pictures were done in Moray of a statue here at the University of Lethbridge. For this I went out with a digital video camera and walked around it. I then looked through the footage later and used it as a reference. I picked a specific angle (quicktime doesn't like having screenshots taken or I would show the angle) which I thought looked nice and then by eye created the whole scene. For chair_hi_res I rendered it at a much higher quality (7x7) which took just over 2 days to render on my K3 450. Both images are 1024x768, which for my purposes is fine. A lower quality 640x480 image can be found here.
