There will be 2 copies of proceedings prepared: A Short version (hardcopy -- available at the conference and on a web page) and a Long version (electronic).

Short version:

The final version of your paper must be 5 or fewer pages and is due by June 28, 2002 (by e-mail to cccg@cs.uleth.ca) in order to be included in the proceedings. Colour figures will be accepted and printed. If you use LaTex to produce your paper, we prefer a tarred/compressed version of all files and we ask that you use the style-file cccg.cls which has been used by the previous 2 conferences. If you are not using LaTex, then please use the following styles:

• letter-size paper (8.5 in. x 11 in.)
• font size 10
• font-type "times" or "roman"
• no page numbers
• 2 column format (preferred)
• Margins at least as large as:
  • top margin 1.00 in.
  • bottom margin 0.75 in
  • odd side margin 1.00 in
  • even side margin0.60 in
  • column separation 0.30 in

Note that the June 28 deadline is firm as we must get the papers to the publisher in time to be printed.

Long Version (electronic):

The above short version will also be made public on the conference web page. If you wish, you may also submit a long version (no limit on the number of pages!), and no restriction on layout style.
The long version is due by July 15, 2002 -- e-mail to cccg@cs.uleth.ca

Note that papers submitted to CCCG may not be eligible for submission to other conferences unless substantially modified.
