To request my endorsement, you must convince me that you fulfill the minimum requirements for admission by completing the following steps. You will be contacted if you are shortlisted.

1. Please fill THIS FORM to register your request for endorsement.
2. Please send an e-mail to My first name DOT my last name AT uleth.ca that contains the following:
   1. A copy of your transcripts (BSc and MSc if applicable)
   2. CV
   3. English test score if applicable
   4. References if available
   5. Any other relevant information that you feel is important like publications, etc.

NOTE: In the department of Mathematics and Computer Science, most of the financial support is allocated during the February 1 round of applications. You are encouraged to contact me at least 3-4 weeks prior to February 1 to request my endorsement.
